Guessing, I'd say it's not likely to be suitable for fgfs. For an easy life, I'd strongly advise buying an nvidia card, and almost any nvidia card you buy new now will be sufficent. Ensure that it has a reasonable amount of texture RAM - something like a GeforceFX6200 should keep you going for a while, although one of the 5 series cards would also be sufficient - just make sure it has more than 64Mb of RAM.
