On my Linux box with a 3-button mouse, this is done via the mid-button
click.

Macs have a shortage of mice buttons, so you might need to use the menu
for tweaking the radio settings (or use the XML preferences to define some
keyboard accelerator that would be tied to shifting the mice buttons
numbers).
