I don't know about that. Most of those buildings have only 5 quads. A
typical high detail airplane can easily have 10,000 polys. That gives
most people the power to display a couple thousand simple buildings. On
the other hand, more complex buildings can get a lot bigger. I try and
keep mine below 100, but the Pentagon weighed in at about 430. That's an
extreme case though :) (the LOD low-rez version is 6)
