All I get with the ? key is JOYSTICK FIRE BUTTON ... FLY BACKWARDS
 
The M key does nothing along with the mouse left-click.
 
I deleted the UFO folder in aircraft and the fgfs.exe in BIN/WIN32 and reran the installation
 
fgsetup-0.9.10-pre2.exe
 
Same results?

I don't think the beacon in the stg file.  I can only find the definition in apt.dat and runways.dat once those files are unzipped.
