I really *really* doubt that the spec introduces lower case letters.
Why should it? And when the glyphs are not on normal keyboard keys
then they are a lot more tedious to use. One has to use those pesky
"insert special character" dialogs or something. That's completely
unnecessary. The font isn't for running text, after all. Just for
making signs, probably in a graphics program. I'll let the digits
and signs for now and move them away if I need the place.
