I created FGTools half a year ago to solve the "parameter to FlightGear"
problem under Windows for me.
You may also use FGTools.
Here are two screenshots from my testing whether the given parameter
from these mails works for the concorde:
With the newest FG CVS compile:

If you "save all parameter" with a name like "Concorde-Fueled" you never
have to type it in again. Or just select it from the pulldown-list of
the "Special Param" box.
I did not fly the concorde due to time problems.
But I looked at
Browse internal properties/consumables/fuel/tank[1] .. tank[6]
and they all seemed to be filled.
These old functions of FGTools are working for some months now and
pretty stable as I am using them myself daily, the newer functions are
finished 99% and the manual 90%. The release will be next week.
If you want to have it now please tell me, also off-list.
Then I'll place it on my homepage this LATE!!!! evening.
I am working on call these Easter-days and have JUST!!! got a telephone
call, so I am off working now.
