Yes they can all play together.  There is nothing about the information that 
is sent to/from the server that is specific to any given OS.   I think 
multiplay should also work on 0.9.9 but I did not really try it until I had 
0.9.10 installed.  So I don't know for sure.

There were some times today when things were a little crowded around KSFO.  
Saw a number of 737s, a C172 and at least one P-51 and a Mig-15.
