Just turn on auto-coordination. This will hook the rudder to the ailerons so that moving the stick also applies some rudder in the same direction. This will give you enough control over yaw to be able to fly the C-172 (the default aircraft) and other lower powered prop jobs. You just won't be able to do things like slips. So you will also likely want to make sure there is no wind.
