Hi Duncan...I have looked at this also.. my understanding is you'll need 3rd-party "frame-capture" software to run in the bacground to capture the FG screen output... but I stand to be corrected

This is probably very simple solution, but the answer is just not coming to
me.



Basically, I would like to create a high-resolution movie of Flight gear
flight (or even better capture a stream of image frames).  Many people seem
to have movies of flight gear aircraft - how are these created?  I cannot
seem to find any mention of this in the documentation or previous posts to
this list (perhaps I am searching the wrong terms?)
