Hi.  It's because you use Outlook Express (according to your
mail headers, anyway), and Outlook Express has a very famous
bug concerning its handling of the MIME standard (basically,
it doesn't obey the MIME standard), which causes it to screw
up how it presents a lot of emails, including emails that
include PGP signatures in MIME-encoded attachments, like
mine.
