That's all very useful, thank you for keeping us all in the picture. I was
using the Cygwin dll, and not MinGW. Perhaps you could post the instructions
etc. and if we can check it all, then we can add it to the docs, at least
until (if ever) the OpenAL team get their ducks in a row.
