DOS vs. Unix line endings?  I didn't think that should matter, but maybe
on some systems it does?
Changed editors and verified using a HEX viewer that the lines have the same CR/LF as all the originals.  I also moved my entries into alphabetical order by airport ICAO code but that did not help either.
