You appear to be correct because F1=0040 and F2=0080 and together they 
are 00c0.0
I noticed that the input to a joyfile.xml is n="[1234567891011]" in 
unix.  Is there a way to express a "c" in a xml file?.  Or will "c" be 
only expressed as two buttons.  Maybe like n="4+8"
