Multiple programs (WinZIP, WinRAR, 7-Zip) all can see the .tar file but
report it as 1024bytes in size and error on a "Wrong file format" type
error
Where are you finding the viewcvs link? ViewCVS is broken and was replaced
with ViewVC which works, but perhaps there are some remaining incorrect
links pointing to ViewCVS?
