Now that you mention biplanes and the Camel in particular... Vivian and I are about half done (actually, probably more than that) of a replacement Camel model. A better FDM config would be very nice... The behaviour of the current UIUC one doesn't really seem to tally with the pilot's reports I've read, though it does seem to have been based on some good data. I also recall seeing mentioned in the existing config somewhere that the CoG had been shifted to make it easier to fly - that's hardly the FG approach!
