Locate found only one - note the date - not 12/17/06

/usr/include/simgear/screen/jpgfactory.hxx
You hit it! Doing a SimGear "make install" leaves jpgfactory.hxx out of
the "$list". I manually copied it to /usr/include/simgear.
Untarred FlightGear and will give it another try.
