If I'm not mistaken, the glider message is not an error, but just a warning, and a fairly insignificant one. We recently added a patch that causes the AI system to search for aircraft models in the AI directory first, and if that fails, it searches the main aircraft directory. I currently have a patch in my inbox, which removed the error message in this case, but haven't had a chance to commit it yet.
