If I'm not mistaken, the glider message is not an error, but just a warning,
and a fairly insignificant one. We recently added a patch that causes the AI
system to search for aircraft models in the AI directory first, and if that
fails, it searches the main aircraft directory. I currently have a patch in
my inbox, which removed the error message in this case, but haven't had a
chance to commit it yet.
