For some reason, nasal scripts are not necessarily initialised in the same order on every machine (regardless of FG version) The non-working hotspots etc sound very much like a problem with initialising a nasal script; this can happen if a script depends on properties being set by another script, which hasn't necessarily been run yet. I came across this some time ago with the Lightning... a bit annoying (and very confusing at first!) but it's possible to work around.
