I didn't have an entry on the "help" pull-down menu for "Joystick info".

I went into the "File", "Browse Internal Properties", and navigated my way
to 

/inputs/joysticks/js/axis[1]/bindings/property[0]

Which I changed from "/controls/flight/elevator" to
"/controls/flight/cyclic-long", and it now acts like I would like it to. I
just have to figure out how to do this in an XML file.
