which file has to be modified? do i have to add this command line o it exists

You just out of fuel. By default, concorde has maximum fuel for a landing. but
if you want to have full fuel add this to the commande line
--prop:sim/presets/fuel=1
note that you cannot just make a round and landing, of course in theory :-)
Take a look to the readme file in the Aircrafts/concorde directory. It explain
it better than me.
