If you poke around cvs, there is a full screen c172 panel.  Just flight and
engine gauges though, no radio stack.  It's designed to be part of a larger
cockpit assembly with hardware radios, yoke, knobs, throttle quadrant, etc.
But, it's available for anyone to use.
