I am an instrument rated commercial pilot.  There is a good reason why
all the ILS approach plates show intercepting the GS from below.  The
way the GS works implies that there are several false glide slopes that
center the GS needle at steeper angles above the real GS.  The lowest
centering is the real GS.

I haven't checked whether these false glide slopes occur in fgfs.  I
will check tonight.  If not, would that be worth modeling?
