While flying around the SW USA I encountered an odd issue with runway orientation. KROW (Roswell, NM) seems to have the airfield runway orientation off by 30 degrees. The localizer on runway 3 seems correct but the runway is off by 30 degrees. the other runways are also shifted by the same amount. Creates excitement on instrument approach.
