Been using KFC200 AP on aerostar700 & offer the following comment.

First, my complements to the authors, fine job.  So far have not found 
anything odd during instrument approaches (front & back-course), radial 
navigation (both VOR & RNAV).

I note that with the engagement of the autopilot when in stable level 
flight (vert. speed ~ zero) I observe sudden rapid climb rate & need to 
quickly trim down (using dn button between seats) to prevent stall.  I 
am guessing that this is because the AP initial conditions are different 
from the prevailing conditions prior to AP engagement.  Disengagement is 
smooth, no transient.
