Ron, I reviewed the above but I don't think that is the same thing - I could be wrong. If I invoke this command via fgrun in windows which as you can see is not using fullscreen: C:\FlightGear\bin\Win32\fgfs.exe --fg-root=C:\FlightGear\data --fg-scenery=C:\FlightGear\data\Scenery;C:\FlightGear\scenery --airport-id=KSFO --aircraft=c172p-2dpanel --control=mouse --disable-random-objects --disable-sound --enable-auto-coordination --enable-enhanced-lighting --disable-specular-highlight --enable-ai-models --disable-textures --geometry=1024x768 --timeofday=dawn and in this case is on my laptop with no external monitor (so I am using the 1024 x 768 resolution which is the whole screen but still in a window) then I will see the entire set of splash screens as I should except when it gets to Loading Scenery Object and this will be only half the size of the length of the screen. The rest of the Splash screens will work fine and the simulator will open on the end of the runway as it should. bk ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
