I see there are some people who known with FGSD.
Hope they help me.
I want to advance my local airport.
To
use TerraGear is very complex for me, as I'm still non-familiar with linux.
So I've found FGSD for win, and it seems to be tool that I
want, all-in-one compiler and editor.
I read doc and help and wiki.I'm understand workflow that I should do.
Only it is not described how to "simplify, prepare & project"
I already have *.hgt with terrain, v0eur.tar.gz with rivers and roads,
apt.dat with airports.
So what to do now?
With existing *.stg I can open it and add objects (Also I want to
change material, but dont find how)
But I need to recompile that *.stg with new airstrip and taxis.
To
choose airport first I need to open terrain. *.hgt files opens by
ages, and after an
hour it seem fgsd to be frozen.
I'd chopped it by *.arr files, but they opens as flat surfaces. (hgt opens
in blender it is relief ok)
May be there is here a
good man, who made that thing and who can describe all process by
fingers: what to open and what button
to press.
Official help files dont enough for me.
