Exactly what it says - please upgrade your base package to CVS of a matching time to your build. The "base package" is the data tree (containing Aircraft, base scenery etc). It's a separate CVS checkout to the source. Please note that it must be from EXACTLY the same time as your source - even half an hour out can be enough to break stuff.
