Lots of changes for this version, including:

1.
Installation

*
Unified the installation program between Vista and XP (XP also handled
Windows 2000). Only one installation program now required for Windows.

*
Corrected some of the installation problems associated with environment
variables.

2.
DATCOM programs

*
Corrections to PREDAT to make it friendlier to files from the old Datcom
program from the USAF.

*
Changed the format for all examples to a more compact format, to make it
easier to read.

*
Added some more examples. Now have a total of 6 examples, covering many of
the types of aircraft. They aren't all perfect, though. The best example is
still the Citation, as it has symmetric and asymmetric flaps.

*
Split the JSBSim output into two XML files, the aerodynamic section, and
everything else. JSBSim now supports include files for the aerodynamics, so
this allows you to build your JSBSim model, and just include the aerodynamic
coefficients. If you wish to rerun DATCOM+, it just makes your life a little
easier.

*
Corrected some issues with bad or incorrect output for some coefficients in
the JSBSim and LFIPlot output files. Some of the flap angles were coming out
negative.

3.
AC3D output

*
Added vertical stabilizer and ventral fin to AC3D output.

*
Added jet engines and approximations for prop engine nacelles to AC3D
output. There are no pylons displayed. I don't know if Datcom takes them
into account.

*
Corrected errors in wing generation

*
Fancier control of AC3Dview program.

*
Still having issues with drawing aft fuselages properly. See the B-737
example to see what I mean.

4.
JIFF

*
Got Agostino De Marco's great plotting program JIFF working again, and
modified it to accept the two XML files as detailed above. It will accept an
input file with everything contained in one file, or just the aerodynamics
section (e.g. citation_aero.xml) generated by DATCOM+.

5.
Documentation

*
Removed the Digital Datcom User's Guide from the installation program. It is
now being maintained separately, and it just added a lot of bulk to the
installation packages. Started adding comments to the Digital Datcom User's
Manual, when I figure out something better than the manual explains it. I
also try to incorporate typo corrections, so if you find any, send them to
me. Started version numbers on it, since it may be updated at different
intervals than the installation program.
