Hi AJ, What I want is in one sentence "to get two images (instead of one) displaced in parallel direction as the plane flies - like if a plane had two cameras mounted on the fuselage/wings)". I hope the OSG-based FG could help, but could you provide a link to the download site.

OSG-based FG supports several stereoscopic output modes (see http://www.openscenegraph.org/projects/osg/wiki/Support/UserGuides/StereoSet tings for details on how to use them) It's not clear from your post precisely what you want, but I'm guessing that none of the above modes are actually quite what you want - you might need to use the new OSG camera stuff that I know nothing about; Tim or Curt would hopefully be able to provide information on those. Either way, I'd be certain that what you want is possible, but you will want to be using an up to date CVS (OSG-based) version of FG.
