I'd hate to steal anyone's thunder, but I got inspired by this thread and 
already knew some Blender, so I

- copied Turn.rgb from Aircraft/c172p/Instruments/Turn to 
Aircraft/ASK21/Models

- Imported the contents of Turn.ac into ask21.ac and repositioned.

- Copied the contents of Turn.xml into ask21.xml and did some tweaking (may 
require some more fine-tuning).

I tried something similar with the attitude indicator, but that proved 
massively more complicated.
