Now the site has changed and some interesting informations appeared: Eurocopter 
is using this for internal simulations...

Wow- if this explains why it costs now a "bit" more? 
I wonder if it would be easier and cheaper to build it myself than spending 
more than 330 Euros (452 US-Dollars) for something I don't know if good enough 
for FGFS... 
But when I compare it to the price of a X52 -joystick (ca 130 Euro) and some 
pedals (ca120 -150 Euros) it is even more expensive.... 
Puh....
