It's hard to say specifically, but whenever something blows up related to
opengl, the first thing I do is reinstall the nvidia drivers.  If you've run
a package update command since you installed the nvidia drivers, new X11 and
kernels and mesa packages could have overwritten portions of your nvidia
driver installation.  So the first thing I would do is reinstall your
drivers and then see if the problem remains.
