Find or create?
I think the best bet is to read the JSBSim user guide and look at existing 
JSBSim models (e.g. in the JSBSim CVS repository).

I don't think that is easy to model in JSBSim currently.
I have modelled ropes between the aircraft and a fixed point on the 
ground in JSBSim in FlightGear, but the model is very crude. (See the 
ZLT-NT aircraft in FlightGear.)

I think it would be possible by using several program instances and the 
FlightGear multiplayer protocol. Close interaction between the instances 
will be problematic though (due to variable delays etc).
