The Mac launcher appears to have some sort of intelligent auto-installer for
aircraft and scenery. I haven't tried it, but it appears that the intention
is that it will know where to put things automatically and eliminate the
need for the end user to have to worry about extracting the archives and
locating the installation directories manually.
