There was a new automated ATC system that was checked in a few days ago. It
probably still has issues at this point since it is new and very experimental.
This issue has been reported on the fg developers list. So I would expect it
to be fixed sometime soon (IE. next few days perhaps).
By the way I switched to OSG-3 a few weeks ago and saw a big improvment in my
frame rate (it just about doubled). Did you notice anything like that?
