Right now we only support an integer multiplier of time. However, high on
my todo list (once the dust settles on the 2.6 release) is to convert this
to a floating point multiplier -- so we could run at 1.5x time for
instance. Once that work is done it should be no problem (I hope) to
specify a multiplier < 1.0 to run slower than real time as well.
