..is _only_ for _ARM_ cpu tablets, OEM word on Microsoft policy is
these will _not_ run your current Wintendo programs nor any Linux 
distros, unless you hack them to boot an install medium.  
WRT _might_ run FG, if you can install "3rd party software" tools
on it to build FG.

..this is what you need if you upgrade from e.g. W7, and _should_
build and run FG, but then again WTF do I know about Wintendo,
I went GNU/Linux SuSE-5.2 waaay back in the last millenium. ;o)
