I think it would have stopped after 200 iterations, but no point in that.

OK, darn.

Oh well, it looks like there is no choice but to debug and test on GTK 
(which I already knew). One of us will have to do that. Ive recently 
updated Linux on my home machine, so I'll try to get to that.
