These commands should get you started...

ip flow-export source Loopback0
ip flow-export version 5 origin-as
ip flow-export destination 192.168.137.7 2077
mls aging fast threshold 1
mls aging long 300
mls flow ip full
mls nde sender


Be sure to change the IP Addr and Port unless your collector
happens to be exactly like my test system. :)

Be advised that the above commands do have router/switch
CPU implications so if you're doing this on a _really_ busy
switch you may want to try it in a lab with a traffic 
generator first. 

The commands above are from 12.1.11bE4.
