I have used nProbe before. It's really easy to set up:

* Configure flow-tools in the standard way
* Tell nProbe to export to your collector (a few command line options)
* remember to put nProbe into your startup scripts.

That's about it. I don't have the specifics handy -- a past life -- but I do know that it works really well, and is very easy to use.
