It's not very clear what the format for the arguments to -t and -T should
be.  This post addresses the question:

This syntax worked:

flow-cat -t "May 29, 2004 18:00:00" -T "May 29, 2004 19:00:00" /netflow/*

Not knowing about -t and -T, I wrote a script to do this a while ago:
