[Flow-tools] Top user of a particular service

I've recently gotten flow-tools and flowscan up and running here on our 
network.  It's been a great help to us to see what kind of things are going 
on out there on our network.  One of the things we've noticed out there is 
that a LARGE chunk (35% as of today) of our outbound traffic is being eaten 
up by a particular service (bittorrent), and this number has slowly been 
growing.

I'm new to the flow-tools and flowscan world, so I'm not too savvy yet on 
how to make it do what I'd like it to do.  Where can I find some information 
on how to determine my top users for a particular service?  I have a list of 
my top overall users, but I'd like to know who is hogging all of our 
outbound bandwidth.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
