I found the solution to my problem, my active
timeout value was too low, when I increased it to 30 minutes I started seeing
all my traffic.

I've followed the guide at netflowguide.com for
my setup. I'm exporting from a cisco 6509. I'm able to to great graphs of the
traffic but I can see that I'm obviously not seeing everything that should be
there.
Basically, the inbound traffic is showing good
but hardly any outbound at all, graphs showing in the negatives.
Has anyone run into this problem? Any advice
would be greatly appreciated.
