Do you have gcc available? Try "CC=gcc make" instead of just "make". That's just a quick-fix; I don't know what's going on with that error message. Last but not least, you have to compile Cflow with flow-tools source present, if I recall correctly. That error message doesn't look related but it's worth mentioning.
