If you note my text, I merely expressed to the person writing from the 
US that it is illegal to help the Cuban government hence OFAC/Treasury; 
I don't mean to prolongue the political discussion on this list.  As an 
aside, I'm sure if the Cuban government had shot your relatives and 
exiled you there wouldn't be a reply right?

This list is not the place to discuss politics. 

There are plenty of other places where both Cuban, U.S. (for instance
the shameful treatment of the Guantanamo prisoners) and other countries' 
politics can be discussed. But not here.
