Is this compiled from my distribution or a Linux one? Some of the gcc4 / amd64 patches that have been applied to the Linux distro's are broken.

still trying to get gcc4 to compile itself...

Just to make sure, are you using a 32 bit system or a 64 bit system?� There
are some issues with timevalues and casting on 64 bit systems.
