Hi,
I was trying to split an entire day traffic into 4-min interval pieces.
I used
command
flow-cat -g ft-v05.2001-01-01.* | flow-split -T240 -o 2005-01-01
and also,
flow-merge -g ft-v05.2001-01-01.* | flow-split -T240 -o 2005-01-01
both then produced 330 files, not 360 as I expected. I looked at the
contents
of some files and found some flows were not placed right. For example,
I expected the 2005-01-01.0 contained all flows from 00:00:00 to 00:03:59,
but it in fact had lots of flows in the 00:04 minute or even one in the
00:05
minute. I suspected I probably understood the option -T wrong.
Would anybody please tell me what's wrong?
