One thing to be aware of here is that the flow record stores only 2^32
bytes. Hence if a flow sends at more than 2^32*8/300 = 114Mbit/s the
counter will wrap and you can end up with flows with more packets than
bytes sent (eek!).  This will happen regularly on your 1Gbit backup
NICs.  I recommend this be set to 30 secs to enable accurate stats for
>100 Mbit/s traffic. 

Our main 6500s had a < 1% increase in CPU as a result ... but did double
the number of flows per second sent.
