In the utility flow-fanout the filtration does not work.
start-fl.sh:

match nexthop-ip-addr test-routers
While the same filters normally work in flow-receive.
I need to accept some streams netflow, to filter them to the specified
attributes (are cleaned dupes) and to transfer to billing.
