When I process flows with either flow-print or FlowScan I get flow time
stamps with different time zone offsets.

For example processing a file of flows around 9:30 AM. I will see flows
with the time of 09:30 (correct) or 3:30 AM.

I am in Central time zone which is 6 hours ahead of UTC, so it looks
like something is confused as to what timezone offset to use.

I was wondering if anyone has seen the following issue.

I'm using nProbe, flow-capture, and FlowScan. I see them same results
when using flow-print.

I have contacted the author of nProbe for assistance already.

I just wondered if there might be a problem with flow-capture.

Thanks.
